Terms of Use.
These are draft terms for the CIX pilot program. They will be replaced with formal legal language ahead of public launch.
The current CIX product is a private pilot. Participation is by invitation only and is intended for evaluation and co-design. The platform is provided as-is, without any performance guarantees.
Pilot partners agree to share feedback, high-level usage data, and non-sensitive examples that can be used to improve the product. CIX will not publish any detail about your work without your consent.
Final commercial terms, service levels, and data processing agreements will be defined with pilot partners ahead of any broader rollout.
